The Hyatt Place Essendon Fields is located close to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. There is parking available on the night of the Ball.

We have arranged preferential rates for a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Place Essendon Fields.
Rate: $275 per room including breakfast for one. Additional breakfast $30 per person.
The “cut-off date” is Mon, 25 May 2026. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the MHAB group block.
Bookings made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and rate at the time of the booking.
Reservations can be made by individual before the “cut-off date” by:
